EDUKACIJA O PREDUZETNIŠTVU U SPORTU KAO PODRŠKA U ZAPOŠLJAVANJU MLADIH SPORTISTA
U ponedeljak, 8. marta, predstavnici Saveza Sport za sve Vojvodine na čelu sa predsednicom prof. dr Milenom Mikalački učestvovali su na još jednom on line sastanku povodom početka realizacije projekta „Edukacija o preduzetništvu u sportu kao podrška u zapošljavanja mladih sportista“.
Projekat ELISA finansira se sredstvima Evropske unije posredstvom Erazmus+ programa, a koordinator projekta je Institut za socijalne inovacije i koheziju „Fifty-Fifty“ iz Soluna dok su ostali partneri na projektu, pored Saveza Sport za sve Vojvodine, Institut za razvoj sporta i edukaciju iz Poljske, Međunarodna asocijacija za rad iz Holandije, Internacionalni centar za promociju edukacije i razvoj CEIPES iz Italije, Nacionalni i kapodistrijski univerzitet u Atini iz Grčke i Društvo za razvoj dobrovoljnog rada iz Slovenije.
Realizacija projekta započela je 1. januara tekuće godine a završetak je planiran za 30. jun 2023. godine.
Osnovni cilj projekta je osnaživanje i inspirisanje mladih sportista da se bave preduzetništvom tokom i posle sportske karijere, razvojem veština uz pomoć inovativnih alata. Projektom se želi poboljšati izgradnja kapaciteta mladih sportista i osoba koji neposredno rade sa njima kada su u pitanju preduzetničke veštine.
EDUCATION ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN SPORTS AS A SUPPORT IN THE EMPLOYMENT OF YOUNG ATHLETES
On Monday, March 8, representatives of the Association Sport for all Vojvodina, led by the president prof. dr Milena Mikalački participated in another online meeting on the occasion of the beginning of the project „Education on entrepreneurship in sports as a support in the employment of young athletes.“
The ELISA project is funded by the European Union through the Erasmus + program, and the project coordinator is the Institute for Social Innovation and Cohesion „Fifty-Fifty“ from Thessaloniki, while other project partners, in addition to the Association Sport for all Vojvodina, are the Institute for Sports Development and Education from Poland , International Labor Association from the Netherlands, International Center for the Promotion of Education and Development CEIPES from Italy, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens from Greece and the Society for the Development of Voluntary Work from Slovenia.
The realization of the project started on January 1 of the current year, and the completion is planned for June 30, 2023.
The main goal of the project is to empower and inspire young athletes to engage in entrepreneurship during and after a sports career, developing skills with the help of innovative tools. The project aims to improve the capacity building of young athletes and people who work directly with them when it comes to entrepreneurial skills.
